Refund policy

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please get in touch with us to return the item. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is in perfect condition and with the tags left on.

We can advise you on the address to send returns to. Once we have received the item, we will notify you if the return has been accepted. To start a return, please contact us at claire@petrichorprojects.co

Returns are sent at the buyers cost and we recommend sending your return by recorded delivery.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
