Who we are
Petrichor Projects was founded by Claire Goodman. With a degree in Fashion and twenty plus years of industry experience working as a product developer for leading cycling brands - she brings years of experience and a passion for cycling. Back in 2020 she decided it was time to make a women led, women first cycling brand, that focussed on technical products for real women’s bodies - that also created no waste.

Where are your products made?
We work with specialist manufacturers based in Italy and the UK, who are experts in technical sportswear products.
Do you have physical stores?
Not at the moment, we are online only. But in the future, maybe!
We are stocked online by the wonderful Bird Outdoors
How does the pre order model work?
We are producing on a pre order basis for two reasons, so we only produce what we can sell and produce no waste.
Each product is released online with a pre order window and we share how many of each we can make.
We think this is the smartest way to run a brand.
Can I change my mind?
Of course, if you want to change your mind and the product has not shipped please get in touch with us. If your order has already shipped, please follow our returns process.
Do you have a size guide?
We will share this soon, when we release our first clothing
What are your delivery methods?
UK Shipping
We send all parcels with Royal Mail 1st class, signed for.
For orders under £100, postage is £4.50
For orders over £100, shipping is free
International Shipping
For orders under £100, international shipping is £15 + Import duties and taxes, which may be chargeable on your order.
For orders over £100, shipping is free
**Note that Import duties + Taxes are the responsibility of the recipient to be paid on receipt of the goods.
Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please get in touch with us to return the item. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is in perfect condition and with the tags left on.
We can advise you on the address to send returns to. Once we have received the item, we will notify you if the return has been accepted.
Returns are sent at the buyers cost and we recommend sending your return by recorded delivery.
