If you have been following us for a while, you will know we set out with the intention of doing things differently.
Making products for longevity has been key for us and creating a pair of bib shorts that you can ride in day after day, season after season, year after year was one of the key purposes of us launching.
It was equally important to us that if we were creating something new and putting it out into the world, it had to be repairable to make sure we could keep our products in use, even when things break.
Towards the end of last year, two customers reached out to us with enquiries about a repair service. One customer had torn the bib strap whilst riding Race around Rwanda and another customer had a bad crash while riding off-road.
We had already been working away behind the scenes to arrange spare fabric of all of our products to the studio and reached out to a bunch of skilled repair people to see if they could work with us in this, so this was a timely reminder to make our repairs service happen.
We work only with a skilled repair person who has extensive experience working on specific sports repairs and pay them fairly for their time.
Each repair is taken on a case by case basis and we will work directly with you and our expert repair person to help work out the best way of fixing your products. As a tiny business, we can’t offer free repairs at this stage, but we will work with you to get the repair fixed in the best way and advise the costs and timeframes involved.
